The Foundation for Free flight has teamed up with the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce and private donors, Lisa Tate, Mark Forbes, Rich Hass, Riss Estes, to offer $3000 in prize money and $500 gasoline coupons to encourage pilots to come. Additionally, we have a great headquarters at Hunters Resort with free hot mineral pool for the pilots and DSL high speed Internet connection. (event) Margaritowville at Cloud 9 Start: 23:09 What: Margaritowville: Hang Gliding in Paradise, Evening Barbeque Luau Party, Awards When: Saturday August 16, 2008. BBQ served 6PM. Where: Cloud 9 Field, 11088 W. Coon Lake Road, Webberville, MI Cost: Picnic and Party is $10 donation. Normal club aerotowing costs will apply. The daily "Gas, Crack, and Grass" tax will be waived on Saturday for pilots who show their Parrot Head flair by wearing tropical island-style attire.
