The Nebo End of Summer Fly-in is 8/23-8/24, low key. I'm set to camp on top of Nebo starting 8/23.
The Magazine Labor Day fly-in is set to be 8/30-9/1.
The encampment part is sticking around between the 2 weekends and chasing the winds to rack up some points in Mike Kelsey Series (tasks, triangles, alt. gains, etc.)

Skyline will hold the traditional Moyes Meeting in conjunction with the Skyline Party and Testival Air show and Red Bull Fly In near the CHIEMSEE. There will be a big flight event with hang glider, paraglider, ultralight, parachutes and anything else what is able to fly.
RED BULL FLY IN: Besides the big air show there will be also a "FLY IN" competition for hang glider and paraglider pilots. The longest flight to the event area wins!

This annual end of season event at the Golden Landing Area is hosted by GEAR Campground. It’s time to end the flying season on a positive note and this is a way for GEAR to thank all the pilots for their patronage over the summer. Come join in the fun, dress-up in a fun costume, fly, have a great dinner and then dance the night away at the Events Pavilion.
$30 per person covers prizes for pilots (spot landing), best costume, free T shirt, ham/turkey sit down dinner, dance to live music.
